You have:
a desire to help people solve challenges and use their data
real-world experience with some or all of these tools: Tableau, Alteryx, R, Python
an addiction to SQL, Excel, Data Visualization and BI tools
a business user with a history of predictive modeling and applied statistical analysis
a love of statistical concepts and machine-learning algorithms
an obsession with relational structures and creative data visualization techniques
a bachelor’s degree, similar certification or job experience
attention to detail, speedy cadence, people skills that motivate and a habit of improvement
strong ability to problem solve and talk to people

Gather data inputs from multiple sources, run data queries
Partner with stakeholders to create and configure dashboards to meet business objective(s)
Validate and test to ensure accuracy and quality of data
Identify, analyze and interpret trends, patterns and insights
Analyze, design, and test various enhancements and changes to reports as business needs evolve
Provide support and training to stakeholders on reporting tools and reports
