We’re hiring! We are currently seeking a technology enthusiastic Business Development and Sales Manager to further build our sales organization and manage all aspects of the icimo sales cycle. You must be an adept communicator with a strong service orientation and a genuine commitment to learning and excellence. Successful candidates will have opportunities to advance into a sales leadership role. Develop new accounts, build and manage all aspects of the sales group for a growing organization. Sales, marketing, and territory management experience is preferred but not required. Full training on our products and services will be provided.

Learn the features and benefits for all products and services sold by icimo
Explain features and benefits to prospects in non-technical terms, and advise them on the best products and services to meet their business needs
Utilize our CRM for the sales pipeline and create best practices for a sales organization
Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers, prospects, and internal staff
Work as part of a team of dedicated to achieve the company’s growth objectives

Minimum Requirements
Positive, friendly attitude that contributes to both icimo’ success and its great work atmosphere
Strong work ethic reinforced by problem solving skills and the ability to address challenges
Ability to quickly learn, implement and train others on business development and sales strategies
Passion for seeking and providing solutions to business prospects over the phone
Must value integrity, respect, and trust in others
Must present a professional and dignified image to prospects, partners and customers
Ability to work a consistent full-time 40 hour work week

The Sales and Business Development position will have a base salary along with a competitive incentive plan based on individual performance as well as company bonuses based on the overall company performance.
